The Curl Bar is a regimen-based salon. Our methods require dedication! PLEASE READ THE POLICIES BELOW THOROUGHLY! Healthy hair is a journey, which requires patience and dedication. This is not a one-stop shop for instant results with no work required. If you stick to the routine we specifically design for your hair, you will have success. We will help you find a regimen that works for your lifestyle so that your hair can reach its optimal condition. Be patient with your hair. There may be a learning curve initially but with persistence and dedication, you WILL have beautiful, healthy hair! 

 

Please do not arrive to Curly Cut or color appointments with extremely tangled or wet hair. There will be a $15 upcharge for the additional dry time (precut) & an additional $20 upcharge for excessive detangling. Curly cuts and color services are performed on dry, detangled hair.

Appointments

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. 

 

A consultation before the date of service is required for all first-time color clients.

​

Children must be 10 or older & accompanied by an adult. 

 

No extra guests, unless it is a minor child with a parent/ guardian present. 

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the full appointment price. Please make any appointment changes using the square site.

No-Call No Shows 

No-Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price. This also prohibits you from rebooking until the balance is paid in full.

 

Return Policy

We do not accept opened or used products. All services are non refundable. If you run into an issue with a service, please contact us within 72 hours and we will do our best to rectify the issue. We want you to LOVE YOUR HAIR! 

 

Covid 19 Policies

Masks are optional while being serviced.  

 

We sanitize, our hands, workspace, and tools between each guest. 

 

Please reschedule if you are exhibiting Covid 19 symptoms.
